NomosX · Advertiser Agent exchange

The ad exchange for the agent economy.

What if your agent paid you for your attention? Disclosed ads inside the tools & workflows you already use. One plugin & you get paid for what you see. Brands reach real buyers inside Claude, Codex, & Gemini at the moment of decision.

Why this exists

AI agents are becoming where products get discovered & decisions get made. The old rails stop at the door: search ads need a results page, display needs a banner, affiliate needs a click. A conversation has none of them. NomosX is the channel that replaces them: disclosed, measured, & shared.

In plain terms: NomosX places disclosed sponsored recommendations inside AI assistants. Brands pay for the placement, users keep 60% of it on NomosX surfaces (our plugin & our app), & every conversion is measured end to end. Below: a real session.

The terms · Attention

The user’s seat: the terms, priced.

Get rewarded for your attention. You keep 60% of the ad revenue on NomosX surfaces, per ad you actually see, only inside your sessions. Legacy ad tech pays you nothing. Here the percentage is fixed; the dollars climb as the market does.

    Opt-in

One consent, revocable any time. Nothing appears without it.

  2. 02
    Curate

Every offer in the book (the exchange's curated list of advertisers) is vetted for policy & brand safety.

  3. 03
    Match

Relevance first, expected value second. Below the relevance floor, the slot stays empty.

  4. 04
    Disclose

A machine-readable mark & a visible label, on every placement. The plugin never controls the interface.

  5. 05
    Measure

Every conversion closes the loop through the Agent Conversion API.

  6. 06
    Settle

Billable impressions settle to the user's wallet. Conversion fees never touch the user.

Billable, defined

An impression counts only if every gate passes: active session · deduplicated · within frequency caps · settled after a review window. Anything else costs the brand nothing & pays the user nothing, so there is nothing to farm.

Brands pay for ads & for outcomes. Ad revenue pays the user. Outcome fees pay the exchange. The two never mix: there is no payout a user can trigger, which is why the incentives hold.
The edge · Demand

The advertiser’s seat: reach intent at its peak.

“Find me a place for Friday.” “Book it.” Commerce’s highest-intent moments are moving from apps & the open web to agent conversations. NomosX is your only way in. Book your seat.

Peak-intent reach

Be there when the decision happens.

Device IDs are gone. On NomosX, a disclosed placement appears at the moment of decision, inside the conversation.

Intent-matched

The context is the targeting.

The exchange reads the moment, not the person: your offer appears when someone asks the question it answers.

Measurement

Before the exchange: the spec.

Most agent-driven commerce is invisible to the analytics stack. NomosX’s Agent Conversion API is the neutral, closed-loop record of it. It measures purchases that begin inside AI assistants.

Rules of the exchange

An exchange is only worth what its rules are worth.

  1. R1

Disclosure, always. Machine-readable mark & visible label on every placement; the registry goes public at launch. Undisclosed ads are impossible by construction.

  2. R2

Merit holds rank. Organic results are never displaced by spend.

  3. R3

Attention is paid for. On NomosX surfaces, users keep 60% of placement revenue. In SDK agents: 60% to the provider, 18% to their users.

  4. R4

No self-dealing possible. No user action triggers a payout. Fraud is settled by design.

  5. R5

Neutral means neutral. The exchange favors no advertiser & no agent: one rulebook for every surface, including our own.

  6. R6

Built for the disclosure era. The EU AI Act's transparency obligations take effect August 2026. Compliant by design, not retrofit.

Fair questions

Skepticism is the correct starting position.

Relevance first, with a hard floor: below it the exchange returns nothing, because an empty slot beats a wrong answer. The ranking policy is published, & our own surfaces run under it with no exceptions.

60% of what the brand paid for each billable impression, settled to the wallet on a fixed cadence after an anomaly-review window. Billable is strict (active session, deduplicated, frequency-capped), so there is nothing to farm.

Access

The seat is open. Take a position.

The first book is small & private. Leave an address & a role; the right desk (a person, not a queue) answers first.

Access opens in cohorts. No spam, one note when your desk is ready.
